UUMC Panamá Mission 2008

Hola!

Hola, mis amigos. I thought it would be fitting to try out the Team blog with some simple Spanish, as a new language is just one of many things I am trying to acquire before we leave on July 5th.

I think I speak for the entire Team when I say we are getting very excited about the upcoming trip. As the pre-trip preparation meetings draw near, the tasks have been assigned and the Team has sprung into action…or at least has sincere plans to spring into action very, very soon. These tasks range from updating the blog to preparing ribbons which will hopefully make our luggage impossible to miss as it whizzes through Baggage Claim in Panama City. As we continue to prepare we look forward to our Commissioning at the 10am worship service this Sunday.

For anyone interested in updates about the trip, please continue to check this site regularly. It is our goal to keep everyone informed on the progress of our work and the feelings of the Team members before, during and after our return from Panama.
